Our client is looking to hire an Archer Enterprise Architect/ Lead Specialist who will adopt management, decision making & business alignment responsibilities for an Archer GRC platform.

Leading a service with multiple Customers, the candidate will have strong hands on Archer GRC experience & be widely networked, able to manage budgets, priorities & issues at all levels effectively. You will be leading a team of onshore & offshore Archer GRC Developers & Administrators. The candidate will be accountable for driving efficiency & maximising value, & maintaining output as well as improving delivery quality.


The Role

Develop strategic technology plans for the business & the Archer GRC system. Manage a pipeline of projects & eliminate hold ups in the Software development Life cycle.  Manage a number of Teams & tech Specialists. Decision making responsibilities across the project process. Define key metrics that drive improvement. Represent the company on internal\external bodies. Deliver presentations up to Senior Executive level.

You will be motivated & have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Previous experience working in a software development environment is essential.  Previous Team management experience is essential.


Experience Required:

Degree in IT qualification and 8 years + Archer experience. Significant previous team management experience. The ability to work effectively with business partners & all parties involved with infrastructure, development, QA and system maintenance is essential. The ability to collaborate and influence at all levels

You will need to be a confident decision maker. The ability to delegate and prioritise
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Customer focused. Highly motivated and excellent organizational & administrative skills
