Information Systems Executive

Our client is currently looking to hire an Information Systems professional to manage & lead a large team of SW Developers that provide a number of SW solutions & services using a number of different technologies.

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for a large team of 50 + SW developers working with a variety of technologies. Develop a clear vision for your team, addressing strategic issues.  Add to successful achievement of organizational goal. Manage a large and active book of projects. Management of revenue and expenses within your departmental activities. Working closely with other executives across the other business teams to maintain continuous improvement, productivity, risk management and assessing risks and goals. Work with the marketing team to expand existing business & pitch for new business, including drawing up formal proposals. Motivate, develop and hire teams,  developing talent in  the company.

Experience and Qualifications

The candidate should 10 years + relevant experience, including exp at a snr management level in a large IT organization. Educated to Degree level in It, Engineer, Business or a related area. Experience of delivery at this level of operation is a requirement.  Strong financial & business expertise is imperative. Exp with 3rd party outsourcing a major advantage.  Good process background preferably with recognized accreditation. Strong interpersonal, communication skills,
